LaGrange City Council 180-day moratorium resolution, adopted 2025-09-23. After the moratorium expired, and following months of council debate over a more restrictive draft ordinance, the Council voted 3-2 on April 18, 2026 to introduce and approve a substitute ordinance requiring a special-use permit (SUP) for all data centers (regardless of size) in industrial zoning, rather than adopting the more prescriptive size-based zoning restrictions originally proposed.
