The service
Siting Radar provides automated monitoring of publicly posted local-government meeting documents and sends alerts about items that appear to concern the siting of energy and data-center facilities. It is an information service.
No legal advice, no guarantee
Nothing we provide is legal advice or a statement of what the law is. Alerts are generated automatically and may be incomplete, late, duplicated or wrong. We do not monitor every government, and governments can act without posting documents in advance. Always read the linked source document and confirm with the government and your own counsel before relying on any item.
Accounts and seats
Accounts are for the named users on your team. Keep sign-in links and API tokens confidential. You may share information from alerts inside your organization and with your advisers.
Trials, billing and cancellation
New teams receive a free trial. Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled; you can cancel any time from the billing portal, effective at the end of the paid period. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Acceptable use
Do not resell raw alert data, overload the API, or attempt to access other customers' data.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before a claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including decisions made on the basis of alerts.
