What we collect
- Account data: your email address, team name and settings.
- Watchlists: project names, addresses or coordinates and radii you enter. Addresses are sent to the U.S. Census Bureau geocoder to obtain coordinates.
- Delivery logs: which alerts were sent to which address or Slack destination, and when.
- Billing: handled by Stripe; we store only Stripe customer and subscription identifiers and your plan status.
We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or analytics trackers.
What we do with it
Only to run the service: match signals to your watchlists, deliver alerts you asked for, bill you and support you. We do not sell personal data. Project locations you enter are confidential to your team.
We send sign-in links, the alerts and digests you configure, and essential account notices. Every alert email has an unsubscribe link.
Public data
Our public pages quote documents that local governments published. If a quote contains personal information that should not be republished, email us and we will review it.
Retention and deletion
Ask us to delete your account at support@sitingradar.com; we delete account data within 30 days except records we must keep for tax purposes.
