    Ordinance No. 2026-001 and Resolution No. 2026-007 (original 180-day data-center moratorium, adopted Feb. 3, 2026, expired ~Aug. 2, 2026). Before that term lapsed, the Lodi Township Board of Trustees, on Aug. 11, 2026, adopted a successor Ordinance No. 2026-003, the 'Lodi Township High-power Facilities Moratorium,' which by definition covers data centers (except small-scale accessory facilities) along with electrical substations over 10MW and power-generating facilities over 1MW.
