Social Circle City Council moratorium action (original term and one extension); superseded by Ordinance No. 2026-ORD-2, amending Section 3.4.6 of the City of Social Circle's Uniform Development Code (originally adopted as Ordinance 2023-3 on June 20, 2023) to add detailed data-center-specific standards (50-acre minimum site, perimeter fencing, 1,000-foot residential setback, 500-foot buffer, infrastructure/utility impact studies, and 60/50 dB noise limits). Adopted by the Mayor and Council at a regular called meeting on January 20, 2026, effective the same day.
